PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau BNI mencatat kenaikan tabungan pegawai atau payroll sebesar 12,9 persen secara tahunan (year-on-year/yoy) menjadi Rp78,1 triliun pada 2024.
Kinerja itu berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan total tabungan perseroan sebesar 11,3 persen yoy menjadi Rp257,54 triliun.
Direktur Retail Banking BNI Corina Leyla Karnalies mengatakan, pencapaian tersebut dipengaruhi oleh meningkatnya nasabah yang menyalurkan payrollnya melalui BNI.
“BNI akan terus meningkatkan layanan perbankan dengan kemampuan digital yang memudahkan nasabah baik ritel maupun institusi dalam bertransaksi keuangan, termasuk kemudahan dalam melakukan pembayaran gaji dengan tepat waktu,” kata Corina di Jakarta, Sabtu.
BNI telah melakukan transformasi digital dengan meluncurkan aplikasi mobile banking wondr by BNI untuk segmen ritel konsumer. Perseroan juga berupaya menjaga kepercayaan nasabah korporasi dan bisnis dengan menyediakan fitur baru Single Sign-On pada BNIdirect. Langkah ini berkontribusi terhadap total dana pihak ketiga (DPK) perseroan yang mencapai Rp805,5 triliun hingga akhir 2024.
”Peningkatan CASA transaksional dan tabungan payroll ini menunjukkan kepercayaan masyarakat yang terus meningkat terhadap berbagai solusi keuangan yang ditawarkan oleh BNI,” ujar dia.
Untuk menopang pertumbuhan saldo payroll pada 2025, BNI berkomitmen memberikan layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan segmen pegawai dengan berbagai keuntungan melalui program Employee Benefit, seperti kredit tanpa agunan, kredit perumahan, kartu kredit, literasi investasi dan masih banyak lagi benefit yang diberikan untuk perusahaan yang memilih payroll dengan BNI.
