Penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menetapkan dua orang tersangka baru dalam rangkaian kasus Harun Masiku, yakni Sekretaris Jenderal PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto (HK) dan advokat Donny Tri Istiqomah (DTI).
“Tersangka DTI bersama-sama dengan Harun Masiku dan kawan-kawan berupa pemberian sesuatu hadiah atau janji kepada Wahyu Setiawan,” kata Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Selasa.
Setyo mengungkapkan HK mengatur dan mengendalikan DTI untuk melobi Anggota KPU Wahyu Setiawan agar dapat menetapkan Harun Masiku sebagai anggota DPR RI terpilih dari Dapil I Sumsel.
HK juga diketahui mengatur dan mengendalikan DTI untuk aktif mengambil dan mengantarkan uang suap untuk diserahkan kepada Wahyu Setiawan melalui kader PDIP Agustiani Tio Fridelina.
“HK bersama-sama dengan Harun Masiku, Saeful Bahri, dan DTI melakukan penyuapan terhadap Wahyu Setiawan dan Agustiani Tio Fridelina sebesar 19.000 dolar Singapura dan 38.350 dolar AS pada periode 16 Desember 2019-23 Desember 2019 agar Harun Masiku dapat ditetapkan sebagai anggota DPR RI periode 2019-2024 dari Dapil I Sumsel,” ujar Setyo.
Untuk diketahui, Harun Masiku ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan pemberian hadiah atau janji kepada penyelenggara negara terkait dengan penetapan calon anggota DPR RI terpilih periode 2019-2024 di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Republik Indonesia.
Walau demikian, Harun Masiku selalu mangkir dari panggilan penyidik KPK hingga dimasukkan dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO) sejak 17 Januari 2020.
Selain Harun, pihak lain yang terlibat dalam perkara tersebut adalah anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) periode 2017-2022 Wahyu Setiawan.
Wahyu Setiawan yang juga terpidana dalam kasus yang sama dengan Harun Masiku. Saat ini sedang menjalani bebas bersyarat dari pidana tujuh tahun penjara di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Kedungpane Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
